LIFECYCLE EVENTS & CEMETERY


At UOS we offer assistance for B'rit Milah and baby naming, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Weddings, Hospital visits,Bereavement services and Yahrzeits. We also maintain 3 cemeteries, Adath Emeth, Adath Israel and Beth Jacob. Learn more about our lifecycle events here, and our cemeteries here.

At UOS we offer catering for various events as well as an enhanced breakfast, kiddush or seudah shlishit to honor your occasion. Learn more about our catering events here.

HALACHIC COMMUNITY STANDARDS


UOS is a judgement-free synagogue and recognizes observing halachic standards or how to observe those standards is a personal decision. MIKVAH & TEVILAH


As one of just a few Mikvahs in the Houston area, UOS welcomes you to visit for whatever you may need! All immersions are by appointment only, which can be scheduled by contacting the shul office.
